1. Function summary
DWTT drop weight impact testing machine is mainly used in the drop weight tear test of pipeline steel and ferrite steel plate. The fracture morphology of ferrite steel in the temperature range from brittleness to toughness is observed. The test method of this equipment is to elevate the hammer of a certain mass to a certain height, then release it from rest, and impact the free fall of the hammer on the sample, which will tear the specimen. The equipment integrates the technology of machine, electricity and automatic control, realizes the whole automatic process of feeding, lifting hammer, impact, fracture sample collection and grasping hammer, in addition, the testing machine is equipped with multi-channel protection measures.
